主要活动：
(1)根据SOP，通过BRAUMAT系统进行麦汁过滤，并严格控制头道麦汁量、弱麦汁添加量、洗糟水量，并监测糖度；
(2)根据SOP，通过BRAUMAT系统进行麦汁煮沸并添加辅料，确保蒸发强度和煮沸时间达标，并监控糖化热能稳定供给包装；
(3)根据SOP，通过BRAUMAT系统进行回旋处理，确保回旋休止时间和顶水量达标；
(4)根据SOP，通过BRAUMAT系统进行麦汁处理及冷却，控制冰水、麦汁温度，确保氧含量达标；
(5)根据生产计划和清洗计划，进行设备清洗，同时协助维修人员进行设备检修；定期巡检糖化区域所有设备运行情况，发现设备故障时及时通知维修人员，并协助维修人员及时处理设备故障及预修，确保设备运行正常；积极参与EHS活动，遵守公司EHS要求，负责本区域的安全属地化管理；
(6)遵循环境政策，执行化学品管理、污水管理和副产品废弃物管理规定；
(7)根据各项工艺状况等，按时并确保如实记录交接班、糖化生产报表等各项生产操作数据，确保记录与实际一致，保证数据准确性；
(8)负责拟写、修订糖化工序标准操作流程（SOP）；
(9)运用VPO的各项工具来改善糖化岗位的KPI；
(10)岗位CEO，负责包干区5S；
(11)负责本区域的能耗（包括水、电、蒸汽）管理，纠正、杜绝能源浪费行为；
(12)按时完成上级临时布置的工作任务。
