职位描述
一、工作内容
1．新产品设计，工艺设计，工装夹具，检具的设计。
2．新产品，设备，工装，检具的设计验证，确认。
3．新设备，工装，检具的入厂验收，签发验收报告
4．按照APQP 要求进行新项目的管理，并配合客户开发计划；
5．制定并维护产品生产相关文件，包括作业指导书，控制计划风险分析与评价。
6．管理产品质量状况，并依据公司规定实施改善。
7．管理，采购生产所需工装，夹具，检具，确保充足，不影响生产。
8．监督生产设备，工装，人员的绩效，提出并实施改善，培训等工作。
9．按公司体系规定管理相关产品，体系，设备，工装，检具等文件。
10.配合质量人员对质量问题进行分析，改善，及完善报告及流程。
11.配合上司完成其他临时安排的工作。
二、任职资格
1、本科以上机械设计或设备制造工艺专业学历。
2. 5年以上的工艺，产品设计经验；汽车零部件企业工作经验优先，
3. 1年以上独立项目开发经验。
3．熟悉IATF16949 5大工具的应用，熟练使用APQP, FEMA；
4. 熟悉1ATF16949, ISO9001 质量体系，拥有内审员证书。
5. 熟练使用CAD 及其他3D 设计软件。
6. 熟练使用英语者优先
