【岗位职责】

1，主持公司财务战略的制定、财务管理及内部控制工作，完成企业财务计划；

2，利用财务核算与会计管理原理为公司经营决策提供依据，协助总经理制定公司经营战略，并主持公司财务战略规划的制定；

3，制定公司资金运营计划，监督资金管理报告和预、决算；

4，对公司投资活动所需要的资金筹措方式进行成本计算；

5，筹集公司运营所需资金，保证公司战略发展的资金需求，审批公司重大资金流向；

6，主持对重大投资项目和经营活动的风险评估、指导、跟踪和财务风险控制；

7，协调公司同银行、工商、税务等政府部门的关系，维护公司利益；

8，进行财务梳理，参与公司重要事项的分析和决策，为企业的生产经营、业务发展及对外投资等事项提供财务方面的分析和决策依据；

9，审核财务报表，提交财务管理工作月、季、年报告。

【任职要求】

1，25-45岁，会计或金融专业全日制本科以上学历；

2，5年以上财务管理工作经验，或8年以上相近管理职位经验，具有制造业财务管理工作经验者优先；985、211高校应届毕业生亦可；

3，有高新、上市公司的工作经验优先考虑；

4，熟悉会计、审计、税务、财务管理、会计电算化、相关法律法规；

5，熟练掌握高级财务管理软件和办公软件；

6，出色的财务分析、融资和资金管理能力；

7，良好的组织、协调能力，良好的表达能力和团队合作精神。

Founded in 1986, Foshan Huaquan Electrical Lighting Co., Ltd is located in Nanhai District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, P.R.C. China, covering over 10 thousand square meters. It now owns more than 1 thousand employees and mainly engages in manufacturing 6 principal products: illumination electricity, lighting fixture, LED, HID lamps, home-use solar power generators, solar street lights and home-use solar lights.
