一、工作内容

计划采购管理：

1. 协助经理更新销售预测，成品统计，库存更新。

2. 跟踪订单进展，货柜信息，及到港报关信息。

3. 管理和监控供应商供货情况，投诉及整改情况。

4. 购买申请，送货及收货信息追踪，记录。

5. 筛选合格产品信息，评价，推荐，下单及跟踪。

6. 维护公司的供应商目录清单，包括产名称，地址，联系人，电话，产品优缺点，供货周期等。

   物流仓库管理：

1. 客户资料信息管理。

2. 发货信息，标签打印处理。

3. 金蝶ERP 系统操作及维护。

4. 物流供应商沟通协调管理。

5. 客户目标库存及发货进度管理。

6. 内部仓库目标库存及生产进度沟通管理。

7. 仓库现场协调管理。

   生产及员工管理：

1. 生产计划跟踪协调处理。

2. 员工生产报表信息处理。

3. 生产员工超产数据，奖惩数据处理。

4. 员工培训，岗位评估，档案管理。

该岗位作为营运经理助理，协助营运经理处理生产、计划、物流等相关细节工作，同时作为生产经理和物流主管的后备人员，在上诉岗位人员休假或离职情况下，能迅速补位，胜任相关工作。

二、任职资格

1. 理工科大专以上学历，同等岗位工作经验5年以上；

2. 了解生产、计划，采购，物流等工作。

3. 具备较强的数据处理能力

4. 应变能力强，沟通与协调能力良好

5. 熟练掌握OFFICE 办公软件，有ERP 系统操作经验

6. 英文水平良好

1. 公司操作工严格按照法定工资计算办法计算加班费。
2. 公司按照相关规定为员工签订合同和购买社保费。
3. 公司根据自身经营情况决定是否发放大约等于员工上一年度应收总工资的十二分之一的金额作为年终奖。
4. 公司操作工有各种生产和品质奖励政策及年资、住房和餐费补贴。
5. 目前操作工月度应收工资平均高于4000元。
