Job Responsibilities：

1. Manage Document Control Center (DCC) . Coordinate documentation’s release, distribution and the latest version control.

    

2. Coordinate ISO quality system audit, including internal audit, customer audit, formal outer audit.

    

3. Take charge of  In-process Quality Control (IPQC), including every day’s IPQC audit, abnormal quality issue handling and FMEA review.

    

4. Take in charge for statistical analysis to find improvement opportunity.

    

5. Support to oracle system product code’s setup and control.

    

6. Support to product Spec.’s control and distribution to make sure the latest version of product spec. to be carried out.

    

7. Customer complaint handling for production line in phase 3 area.

    

8. Change management

    

9. Company Quality training and improve company quality culture.

Education / Work Experience：

1. Bachelor's degree required, Master’s degree or majoring in nonwovens or polymer materials is preferred.

2. ISO 9001 internal auditor certification.

3. Quality Engineering/Quality Assurance, 5 - 7 years of experience in a manufacturing / converting environment, and previous supervisory experience with lab technicians, and Quality Engineers, or any equivalent combination of training and / or experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

4. A priority is placed on previous experience in plastics, extrusion and/or textiles and ISO 9001/2 compliant quality systems.
