Purpose of position:      

  

1. To establish, maintain and continue improve the quality management system.

  

2. To compile the system documents.

  

3. Train the knowledge of quality management system to employees.

  

                                                            

  

Job Responsibilities:

  

1. To perform the investigation and set up the frame of quality management system for the company. Set up the management and improvement plan;

  

2. To perform the investigation and set up the frame of quality management system for the company. Set up the management and improvement plan;

  

3. To analyze the root cause base on the investigation data if any problem is found in quality system. Create improvement plan and implement;

  

4. To monitor the effectiveness of quality management system via to perform internal audit and management review regularly;

  

5. To perform document management and control;

  

6. To evaluate the training result of employees for quality management system;

  

7. To take the leader of external quality system audit handling;

  

8. QC pillar of WCM activities;

  

9. Other tasks as assigned by the superior leader

  

 

  Qualifications:  

1. Familiar with the quality management system of ISO/IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 18001;

2. Relative experience of engineering change management.

3. Relative product certificate experience, eg. 3C, Emark, and quality knowledge, eg. ISO9001/IATF16949. 

4.  Good English skill, both spoken and written;

5. Familiar with the process and quality control for manufacturing;

6. Good communication skill with spoken, written during audit;

7. OIA license.

8. Quality Core tools knowledge, which includes APQP、PPAP、FMEA、SPC、MSA、Control Plan.

1. The method of the quality system establishment, management, operating and maintenance.

6. All relevant procedure ,quality core tool training(PPAP/APQP/SPC/MSA/FEMA/Control plan).
