· Sound knowledge of industry standards, best practices in IT

infrastructure operational environment

· Excellent workingknowledgeof awindows server environment includingWin 2008, 2012, Domain Controllers, Exchange, IBS AS400administration and Win server relatedbackupandrestore.

· Good operationalunderstanding of Active Directory in multi-site, multi-domainenvironments.

· Solidworkingknowledgeand troubleshootingof DFS, GPO, DNS,DHCP, Wins

· Indepthunderstanding of the following infrastructureproject work; data centres, office moves, networking, security, wifi access, ticketingsystems, data moves.

· Server Anti-Virus management andimplementation

· Good working knowledge of Cisco andJuniper Routers

· Well-developedunderstanding of regulations andprocedures relating to

IT security and integrity and the implications of non-compliance

· A good in depth knowledge of current and futuretrends within IT, and theability to recognizeand articulate wherethese may benefit the localteamand wider community.
