Job Description：

Arrange subcon planning per business needs.

1. Subcontractor monitoring and coordination.

2. Allocate new tools to subtor based on sub-con plan/ subtor loading and cost.

3. Coordinate for sub-con new tools/items development.

4. Maintain sub-con system, issue PO per requirement. Communicate for daily schedule change

5. Monitor daily delivery to fulfill  production requirement.

6. Monitor subtor quality performance and coordinate related issue on daily basics.

7. Transfer sub-con material in & out, control subtor inventory in reasonable level, handle with excessive material.     

Requirements:

1. Graduated in college or above.

2. 5 years or above in procurement role or subcontractor management.

3. Strong experience and sense in capacity planning.

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly pro-active, calm under pressure, re-act to change well, result oriented, self-motivated, committed, independent and good time management.

5. Experience in managing contract manufacturing suppliers.
