Project Engineer 为瑞仕格物流自动化岗位

Location: 前期在浦东，后搬迁至青浦徐泾东站

Responsibilities:

1.Lead the project team and manage activities throughout all phases of the project including contract negotiation, design, production control, delivery, installation, commissioning and acceptance tests of Automated Material Handling System

2. Maintain strong relationship with the customers & suppliers

3.Plan, execute and control project activities and deliverables to ensure the project meeting the budget, time schedule, quality and performance target

4. Make progress payment claim and manage cash flow

5. Identify and manage project commercial and technical risks

6. Manage sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure their deliverable are in accordance with agreements

7.Be aware about all customer needs (emergency action plans, spot activities requisition, maintenance team’s adjustments, etc) and be prompt to negotiate economical compensations for every extra activity requested in order to assure the contract’s profitability.

8.Undertakes status review meetings among project team members and clients and submit project status reports to management

9. Other tasks assigned

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree holder in Mechanical/Electrical/Controls Engineering or equivalent

2. Minimum 7 years of work experience with at least 3 years in a similar capacity

3. Strong leadership, planning skills, analytical skills and decision making skills

4. A matured, self driven, proactive, flexible, result-oriented and customer-focused team player

5. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills

6. Very good communication and presentation skills, both written and oral

7. A systematic decision maker

8. Proficiency in spoken and written English and spoken mandarin

9. Familiar with project management tools, i.e. MS Project, Primevera

10. Capability and willing to work with an international team

11. Willing to travel overseas on short notice
