Job Descriptions: The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

1. Monitoring and analyzing customers’ business performance
2. Working with supply chain, purchasing and operation team to deal with trouble  cases and new requirements from customer 
3. Establishing and building up customer relationship through execution of  customer plan
4. Create and negotiate the  Pricing  recommend and negotiation strategies for current customer
5. Taking ownership and responsibilities for the accounts under the managing  & monitoring of the Branch manager( turnover and pre-tax profit)
6. Represent Fastenal as brand ambassador of the Company
7. Customer retention by maintaining new and existing business
8. Maintaining & growing the existing business, and prospect the new  business opportunities
9. Creating and presenting professional proposals to current and new customers
10. Collecting market intelligence and share feedback to BM/ DM
11. Other assignments issued by BM / DM

  

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Degree holder preferably in technical/mechanical or Business Administration
2. Minimum 3 years team leader in production distributes industry
3. Strong analysis and presentation / communication skills
4. Proficient in spoken & written English
5. Strong relevant IT skill sets, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
6. Team working oriented · Proactive, self-driven and willing to take initiative
