职位描述
工作地点：上海RHQ/华润/东莞办公室
岗位职责：
- 收集和维护采购文件/文件/数据，包括法规，供应商设置，新代码设置，内部和外部审核等。
- 负责所有与添加剂相关的系统信息的更新和维护– Oracle / Navigator / Zycus / BPM / Shared文件夹。
- 在内部职能部门与外部供应商之间进行有效沟通，以满足他们在供应/质量/成本/投诉等方面的需求。
- Zycus价格差距分析并跟进实施。
- 协助采购经理进行数据分析，市场信息收集，样品安排或其他指示。
- 负责分配的子类别管理，包括供应商管理和价格协商。
岗位要求：
- 学士学位，化学工程，化学或商业学位或以上学历
- 有1-3年采购经验优先，有化工行业经验优先。 应届毕业生是可以接受的。
- 良好的Microsoft Office技能，尤其是Excel / Power Point
- 良好的书面和口头沟通能力
- 需要基本英语才能用英语实施该系统。
