职责描述：

1）Drawing Review 审图

When a new CNC or VC order comes, the mechanic engineer must review all drawings and technical documents from the customer and make sure the requirement is complete for production, the 2D drawing matches the 3D model and the customer's requirements match what we quoted. if not, come back to SAM and ask for updating the customer's PO or drawings.

有新的CNC或VC订单时，机械工程师必须审核所有来自客户的图纸和技术文档，并确保对生产的所有要求都完整， 2D和3D一致，客户要求与报价一致，如果不符，反馈给SAM并要求更新PO或图纸；

2） Generating 2D drawings

When the customer only provide 3D models to us, the mechanic engineer should generate the 2D drawings with basic dimensions (such as length, width, height, hole dimensions etc. ) for internal production and inspection.

当客户仅提供3D模型时，机械工程师需要生成2D图，并标注基本尺寸，（如长、宽、高、孔径等）用于内部生产和检验。

 

岗位职责 Position Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Drawing review

The mechanic engineer has to review the design and all requirements from the customer's 2D drawing and specifications, if any infeasible design issue or any requirement cannot be met by our process, the mechanic engineer must specify them and report to the SAM and ask for updates on design before production.

机械工程师必须审核客户图纸全部要求和指标，如有任何不可行的设计或任何我们的工艺达不到的要求，机械工程师必须指出来并报告给SAM，并要求在生产前更新设计。

1）Review 2D and 3D, check if match each other. If not, come back to SAM and ask for clarification. 检查2D和3D是否一致，如果不一致，反馈给SAM确认。

2） Review 3D and analyze the feasibility of machining. 审核3D，分析加工可行性。

3）Review the 2D, technical requirements and analyze if our capability could meet the requirements, including tolerances, surface finishing, testing etc.

审核2D技术要求，并分析我们的工程能力能否满足要求，包括公差，表面处理，测试等

4）Review the requirement and confirm if match what we quoted. If not, come back to SAM and ask for PO or drawing update.

审核技术要求并确认是否与报价一致。如果不一致，反馈给SAM并要求更新PO或图纸。

5）Review all requirements and confirm if clear and complete (material, quantity, surface finish, etc. ) if not, come back to SAM and ask for more information.

审核所有技术要求，并确认是否清晰完整（材料，品质，表面处理，等）如果有欠缺，反馈给SAM并要求提供更多信息。

 

Kick-off the Job 启动生产

1)      Generate the part BOM according the part drawings, surface finish requirements etc.

根据图纸和表面处理要求建立BOM表

2)      Create traveler according to process flow

根据工艺流程建立流程卡

3)      Complete technical specification on 2D drawing

完善2D图上的技术要求

4)      Update drawing and related document according to ECN from customers

根据客户ECN更校报图纸和相关文件

5)      Design molds for silicon VC parts

设计用于硅胶VC零件的模具

6)      Split the parts according to customer requirement

根据客户要求进行拆件

 

Follow up production 跟进生产

After the project starts, the mechanic engineer needs to collaborate with the team and make sure the project always on track. If any issue that will possibly result in quality issue or lead-time delay, the mechanic engineer needs to proactively work out a solution to get the project back on tract.

项目启动后，机械工程师须和相关部门合作，确保项目始终可控。一旦制程出现任何问题，可能导致质量问题或交期延误。机械工程师需要主动制动出解决方案，使得项目回归正常。

Documentation management

In order to centralize managing project documents, the mechanic engineer needs to upload all project documents to the server according to the SOP of project document management.

为集中管理项目文档，机械工程师须根据项目文档管理SOP上传所有项目文件到服务器

1） upload customer’s 2D and 3D drawings when project starts.

项目启动时上传所有客户的2D和3D图档

2） upload all DFMs, including original and approved DFMs.

上传DFM，包括原件和批复件

3） Upload all feedback documents or approval emails

上传所有反馈文件和批复邮件

4） Upload all work instructions, including part BOM, ECN, related etc.

上传所有工作指引，包括BOM，ECN，及其他相关文件

 

任职要求 Position Requirements:

1)      Junior college degree or above, mechanical engineering related subject.

大专以上学历，机械相关专业

2)      Over the three years experience in making mechanical 2D and 3D drawings

3年以上2D & 3D 绘图经验

3)      Familiar with AutoCAD and one 3D/CAD software, familiar with Powershape is plus.

熟练AutoCAD和至少一种3D绘图软件，会Powershape尤佳

4)      Familiar with CNC machining process and basic knowledge of surface finish.

熟悉CNC加工工艺，对表面处理有基础认识

5)      Familiar with GD&T, understand English drawing well.

熟悉公差配合和形位公差，良好的英语识图能力
