Purpose of position:   

  

Warehouse management

  

                                                                 

  

Job Responsibilities:

  

1. Ensure the efficient operation of all the functions of the Store related to the Supervisor.

2. Assign and delegate duties of the Store Handlers for all the various functions of the Store related to the Supervisor.

3. Responsible for the efficient operation of all various store functions which his related to the Supervisor for example: -

      

• Goods Receiving

• Stock In

• Refilling

• Inbound

• Outbound

          

1. Ensure that replenishment or collections of empty bins from production lines are efficiently carried out which is related to the Supervisor.

2. Ensure the material flow (FG, RM, WIP) and material feeding system within plant/between plants are reviewed and followed with WCL way.

3. Responsible for the efficient clearance of all parts in the rejected, sorting, rework and scrap warehouse to shipping and/or the sub-contractor concerned which related to the Supervisor.

4. Ensure the accuracy of stock.

5. Organize stock taking under the monitor of Finance Department, and submit the gain and loss report. Organize the gain and loss adjustment in system in the condition of approval.

6. Manpower management of warehouse team.

7. Ensure the warehouse team OT rate within the plant target level;

8. Work timely on other tasks as assigned by the Dept. Manager.

                

 

  Qualifications:  

Diploma/Degree and minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in auto T1/T2 manufacturing field.

  

 

  Capabilities & Desired Characteristics:  

1, Good communication skills and interpersonal skills;

  

2, Team management

  

 

  Training  

1. ERP system (SAP knowledge is a plus)

2. Skills of foreign language and computer.

3. Skills of communication

4. Technique warehouse management

5. All relevant procedure documents for corresponding position, including QP 07-050, QP 07-020, QP 07-021, QP 07-022, QP -07 053, QP 07-058, QP 07-059,etc.

6. Lean manufacturing knowledge for material feeding to assembly line and lean material flow inside plant.
