l  负责KSMS、KEMS系统管理与维护，提升公司整体安全环保表现。
Maintain the KSMS, KEMS and continue to improve the EHS performance in the company.

l  负责收集环境法律法规及其符合性评估。

Responsible for circumstance laws collection and compound evaluation

l  负责收集EHS数据，并根据数据进行EHS绩效分析，提供EHS部门相关报告 （如政府要求的报告和部门月报）。

Be accountable for collecting EHS data, do analysis to evaluate EHS performance, and prepare report if requried.

l  监督公司消防系统的管理与维护，确保消防工作符合公司要求。
Manage and maintain the fire prevention system and ensure it meets the company requirement.

l  检查工厂各区域的安全状况，支持各区域安全的表现达到或超过公司目标。
Conduct safety inspection in each area of the plant, and provide support in achieving or exceeding the company target.

l  管理员工日常EHS问题投诉，对 日常检查发现问题进行跟踪。
Follow up on EHS complaint or other related issues encountered from routine inspection.

l  监督和协助设备维护及项目工程部的职业卫生、 安全和环境“三同时”评价及现场检测等工作

Supervise and assist the E&M Department in the evaluation and on site check of occupational health, safety and environment, ensure EHS facilities/equipment’s design, construction and acceptance  are check  at the same time for new project main equipments/facilities.

l  管理外部审核发现及推荐问题的跟踪，跟进相关改进措施的执行与实施。
Follow up on resolving of issues from external audit, and implementation of corrective actions.

l  负责公司全体员工的EHS意识培训以及各类专业EHS技能与KSMS系统的培训。
Provide EHS awareness training, as well as other training courses on EHS/KSMS expertise or system.

l  管理和保持与政府部门沟通，如安全生产监督管理局、环保局等日常沟通，及时掌握相关的最新政策及政府要求。
Maintain contact with government departments like Safety Production Supervisory Bureau, Environment Protection Bureau, and collect updated regulations and laws.

l  协助人机工程小组的活动，参与与人机工程项目的实施， 负责部门改善项目。
Assist in Ergo. team activities and Ergo. project implementation, responsible for departmental Kaizen projects.

l  参与事故调查，并跟进整改措施的执行情况。
Conduct investigation on accidents and follow up corrective measures.

l  管理公司应急小组团队。
Manage a team of emergency.

l  执行公司的职业健康安全、质量、能源和环境管理方针，实现公司职业健康安全、质量、能源和环境等目标。

Responsible for implementing OH&S, quality, environment, energy management policy to achieve company’s OH&S, quality, energy and environment goals.

l  推动职业健康安全、质量、能源和环境管理手册和程序文件在运作部门的执行实施，协助根据其区域的生产实际情况制定相应的环境工作程序。

Follow and implement all OH&S, quality, energy and environment handbook and procedure document in operation unit. Assist in making corresponding environment work process that base on the actual produce status.

l  协助部门经理按照职业健康安全、质量、能源和环境管理体系的标准要求实施、保持和持续改进本部门的职业健康安全、质量、能源和环境管理工作。

Assist the Department Manager to implement, maintain and continuously improve the OH&S, quality, energy，environment management of the department according to the standard requirements of the OH&S, quality, energy，environment management system.
