职责描述：\n1.State-of-the-art design of concepts, components, assembly groups and jigs
2.Consistent 3D-models and drawings according company standards
3.Calculations about strength and machine elements
4.Supporting the prototype assembly on components development and process definition
5.Supporting other departments on mechanical related problem analysis and trouble shooting
6.Creating technical reports and documents
7.Noting potential for process/ product improvement
8.Management experience of robotics mechatronics design team is better ，Lead team to handle complete robot manipulator products designs and update.任职要求：\n1.Knowledge in mechanics and design mechanical components using 3D CAD software (best case NX)
2.Basic knowledge in materials, castings, injection molding and other production processes
3.Practice in geometrical dimensioning and tolerancing and FEA analysis (best case Ansys)
4.Product data management (TFS, SAP, etc) knowledge
5.Fluent English in spoken and written (German is a plus)
6.Good team work spirit and communication skill to work in a global team
7.Experience of living and working abroad is an advantage
8.Experience in robotic or automatic engineering is a benefit
9. Construction Methodology，Function analysis and risk management，Reporting and documentation
10.Comply with the KUKA EHS regulations ; Detect the EHS risks for your working area or responsible area, work with EHS department to work out the risk control plans and make sure the plans are implemented properly. Other EHS activities required by KUKA and EHS department .
11.7+ years of hands-on robotics design experience in top robotics company ;
