职责描述：\nThe responsibility mainly focuses on Robot manipulator system design and component sizing based on multibody dynamics and mechatronics system simulation technology. Typical tasks may includes:
1) Modeling and Simulation for robot mechatronics system
2) Calculation, analysis, and sizing for key components based on simulation. Find an optimal trade off among various design factors as technical, cost, marketing, supply chain, manufacturing, and maintenance. Support to generate specifications for components from a systematic view.
3) Technical consultant for robot field application issues in topics as performance optimization, anomaly diagnosis, integration problems…
4) Technical requirement analysis for new product proposals.
5) Technical alignment with global RD partners.
任职要求：\n1) More than 3 years working or academic experience in development of mechatronics systems especially in fields of robotics or motion control
2) Thorough understanding of mechatronics systems from a systematic view.
3) Cross functional knowledge of electrical, mechanical, signal, and control systems. The candidate should be familiar with characteristic and properties of key components of a motion control system. Knowledge of control theory, fieldbus, servo drive are also important.
4) Project experienced in model based product development process is a plus.
5) Experienced in using Matlab/Simulink or Modelica
6) Good programming ability in either of C/C++ or Python.
7) Fluent English.
