职责描述：\n? Lead the design, development, test and maintenance of general robot compiler modules with high quality
? Maintenance and bug-fixing of existing compiler system software including translator, interpreter, ITCB, etc.
? Perform unit and integration testing of the developed software, drive code review throughout lifecycle
? Contributing to process/product improvement together with product manager, peer developers and testers
? Cooperating with colleagues from OS team and global R&D center.
? Ensuring that development documentation is kept.任职要求：\nEducational: Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, automation, mathematics, mechanical engineering or equivalent qualification
1. At least 5+ year’s software developing experience, at least 3+ in compiler development. Have ever successfully delivered at least 1 project as core developer and accumulate lots of practical experience;
2. Proficient in C programming language, with good design capabilities and coding style;
3. Expertise in compiler development and performance optimization, at least one compiler tools such as lex/yacc, Lua, flex/bison or antlr is used;
4. Expertise in principles of compiler and related algorithms, secondary development can be carried out based on open-source compiler;
5. Rich Experience in Linux system development, testing and debug, such as multi-thread programming, inter-process communication, etc;
6. Rich experience with real-time performance design and optimization, such as scheduling delay, task switching, interrupt delay, preemption/unlocking time;
7. Experience in IDE development or static/dynamic programming language;
8. Working experience in robot or CNC compiler development is preferred;
9. GCC/LLVM back-end development experience is a plus;
10. Specialist knowledge of Python, JAVA is a plus
11. Good problem-solving skills, good learning ability and teamwork spirit;
12. Good communication skills, fluent in both Chinese and English.
