工作职责：

1.收集并分析行业新的发展信息；

2.协助总经理在新的科研项目对接合作方科研团队；

3.提高企业销售和市场团队的学术知识能力；

4.参加行业学术会议，提高企业知名度；

5.为企业开拓国内外市场提供技术领域的意见；

6.规范现有应用实验室流程及档案。

岗位要求：

1.研究生以上学历，生化，食品发酵，医药，精化，等相关专业；

2.2年以上相关工作经验；

3.具备信息检索，收集，分析，总结等综合能力；

4.具备良好的语言表达与文字表达能力；

5.具备英语听说读写能力；

6.善于倾听，沟通协调能力强，思维缜密，逻辑性强；

7.良好的持续学习能力和自驱力；

8.可以接受出差；

9.有一定学术能力，专利申请，论文撰写经验优先；

10.有实验室管理经验优先。
