Responsibilities 职责
Serve as the interface of technical support and quality issue for customer through front-end, with the goal to facilitate resolution of customer issues meanwhile to improve our product and quality. 产品技术支持工程师, 作为前端的接口处理全球范围内客户的技术支持需求和质量问题, 同时促进客户问题的解决以及改善产品及其质量。
1. Cooperate with front-end sales engineers to do a good job in the application and implementation of pre-sales technical solutions and product promotion 配合前端销售工程师做好售前技术方案运用实施和产品推广工作
2. Responsible for assisting customers in on-site work such as product integration, installation and commissioning, and product testing, and provide customers with necessary product training 负责协助客户进行产品集成、安装与调试、及产品测试等现场工作,并对客户进行必要的产品培训
3. Responsible for carrying out industry technology exchange meetings (such as design institutes, party A, end users, etc.) 负责开展行业技术交流会(如设计院、甲方、终端用户等)
4. Support Front-End emergency investigation at end customer site 支持前端在客户现场进行紧急故障分析
5. Solve customer's after-sales problems due to products or technology 解决客户因产品或技术所出现的售后问题
6. Improve technical solutions, product knowledge, samples (books) and other work items 完善技术方案、产品知识、样本(册)等工作事项
7. Be able to adapt to the short-frequency business trip of the project and complete other related tasks assigned by the superior 能适应项目短频出差,完成上级交办的其他相关工作
8. Doing technical communication with China and German R&D team 与中国和德国的研发团队进行技术交流
Requirement 岗位要求
1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanics and electronic engineering 机电工程学士学位或以上学历
2. Must have more than 3 years of experience in the machinery industry with multinational experience 必须具有3年以上的机械行业从业经验并具有跨国经验
3. Must have experience in handling customer issues, product support related field (i.e. customer service, technical support etc.) 必须具有处理客户问题,产品支持相关经历 (如客户服务, 技术支持等)
4. Fluency in English both speaking and writing, with CET-4 or above, and able to communicate independently with headquarter 英语听说读写能力达到CET-4或以上,能够独立与总部进行沟通
