Responsibilities 职责
- Responsible to deliver the annual sales target in both quantity and sales revenue 负责实现产品数量和销售收入的年度销售目标
- Develop and maintain sales channel resources and end-customer resources 开发、拓展维护销售渠道资源和终端客户资源
- Analyze and communicate necessary operative marketing activities (fairs, end customer marketing, new applications road show etc.) 分析和交流必要的经营性营销活动(展览会,最终客户营销,新应用路演等)
- Close monitor the demand information of the production and application of human machine collaboration, robot manufacturing, intelligent machinery, intelligent manufacturing in the regional market 密切监测所辖区域市场的各类人机协作,机器人制造,智能机械,智能制造生产应用信息
- Assist the German headquarter to create and execute market plan to the South China market, and different business opportunities, sign and execute sales contracts, and complete sales targets 协助德国总部制定并执行华南市场的市场销售计划,善于发现业务机会,并进行各种业务谈判,签署执行销售合同完成销售目标
- Coordinate and cooperate with the marketing department to organize exhibitions, conferences and product launches 协调与配合市场部门组织展会、会议与产品上市推广活动
- Submit weekly report and update project pursuit list on a timely basis 每周提交报告,并及时更新项目跟进
Requirement 岗位要求
- Minimum bachelor degree in industrial automation/mechanical engineering 工业自动化/机械工程学士学位以上学历
- Minimum 3-5 years working experience in industrial automation in particular robot related. Be familiar with industrial automation preferred. 至少3-5年的工业自动化工作经验,尤其是与机器人相关的工作经验。熟悉工业自动化者优先。
- Proven ability in selling, presentation and interpersonal skills 证明销售工作能力,演讲和人际交往能力
- Fluency in English both speaking and writing, with CET-4 or above, and able to communicate independently with headquarter 英语听说读写能力达到CET-4或以上,能够独立与总部进行沟通
- With high flexibility, proactive and initiative 具有高度的灵活性和积极进取的精神
