工作职责：

1. 负责不锈钢水槽，水龙头，线篮，挂件等厨房和浴室类产品的开发跟进。

2. 与国外同事进行沟通，落实新产品的开发的构想

3. 制定新产品的英文BOM物料清单，跟进工厂的实施情况。

4. 跟进产品的项目开发进度，解决项目实施过程中的技术问题。

5. 协助解决产品的质量投诉，提出改善方案，推动工厂实施改善。

6. 实施产品的工程变更。

要求：

1. 英文读写流利，能熟练使用英语进行沟通者优先。

2. 机械设计，模具类专业本科学历。

3. 5年以上卫浴类产品设计研发经验优先

4. 熟悉卫浴产品的结构和成型者优先。

5. 做事积极主动，有良好的抗压能力。

>Ability to work flexible hours (early morning and late nights).

>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

>Excellent working knowledge of Office products (Word, Excel, Sharepoint – etc).

>The ability to work independent and as part of a team and take direction.

>Strong analytical mind for planning, budgeting, overseeing and procurement.

>A strong understanding of time management and applies the drive to succeed to all phases of the project.

>Domestic sourcing knowledge. This includes but is not limited to locating and maintaining supplier relations for new and standard componentry.

>Knowledge of building and working with supplies to build and operate the parts portion of the supply chain (report requirements below).

>Assist with the creation of Technical support documents and update as needed. This includes but is not limited to spec sheets, instructions manuals, BOM drawings – etc.

>Assist with the logistics team to aid with material disbursement. Example getting strainers to overseas suppliers or aiding with FBA or direct to end user orders (ie – nested projects).

>Work with, monitor and distribute monthly defect reports to the suppliers and QC team and report back to the US team the actions plans for change (with time lines).

>Create, update and maintain points of data that comes from the supply chain.
