职位描述
工作内容：
1、负责托班部门的日常教学管理及教研
2、面试、培训新老师/保育员
3、作为标杆，教授托班的精品课程
4、对教学品质、服务品质负责，做好家长的维护
任职要求：
1、托班带班或管理2年以上教学经验，有较强的教学能力，具备带领教学团队的能力；
2、热爱托育事业，不断提升管理水平和教学专业度
3、对托班部进行日常的指导师排班、排课，带领教务团队备课以及教具的准备；
4、有较强的责任心和执行力，需定期对指导师进行教学能力的培训，制定有效的指导师评估、会员维护、会员消课等方案并执行；
5、有良好的跨部门沟通能力，与其他各部门进行良好合作；
6、可以进行会员讲座、新生家长会，担任会员大型活动主持人；
7、有会员活动、市场活动的策划及执行能力。
8、接受一定的销售任务

周一-周五8:00-17:30
