Job Title: Accountant
Responsible to: HSS Finance, functionally report to HK Finance

Responsibilities - general
* Ensure factories invoices are recorded in the system timely and accurately
* Liaise closely with factories, merchandisers, and Finance team in Hong Kong to ensure all factories AP are properly accounted for
* Reconcile all factories debit notes, credit notes, and invoice variances with merchandisers and others in HSS teams
* Mainly responsible for AP invoicing matching – to match manual factories invoices with goods received in the system line by line
* Assist in preparing local payments in HSS and obtaining approval
* Assist in managing HSS financial books and consolidating funding request to HK Finance
* Assist in performing Finance spot check on year-end stock take

Competencies/Skills required
Must
* Excellent spoken and written English and Cantonese
* Advanced levels of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Excel & Word)
* Hands on experience with ERP system
Prefer

Education/Experience
Must
* University degree in Finance and/or Accounting
* Minimum 3 years of experiences in Finance and/or Accounting, with 2 years experiences in MNC highly preferred.
Prefer
* Qualified Accountant

We provide shuttle bus weekly from--
Friday: Office to GZ East (2 hours) and FS Urban (1.5 hours)
Monday: GZ East & FS Urban to Office (2 hours &1.5 hours)
