1、大专及以上学历；具备2年以上陶瓷行业检验或测试工作经验；
2、熟悉卫生陶瓷产品及其配件的外观、性能要求，以及测试方法, 并懂得相关测试的原理；
3、能正确使用各种测量工具进行尺寸测量,并了解各种测量工具的精度、误差原理；
4、具有较强的工作责任心、进取心；
5、具有较强的组织沟通协调能力和团队合作精神；
6、较好的英语听说写能力，并能够和外国人直接沟通；
7、正直、细心、敏锐，有责任心，能吃苦耐劳，身体健康，能适应经常出差。
8、熟悉Word, Excel和 outlook 等办公室软件的应用；
