Job summary:

1.The candidate is responsible for critical product development especially for key customers and platform product development solutions subject to business needs and other initiators of product development requests. 

2.Need to work out project plans & execute the plans to achieve results aligned with internal & external customers. 

Prioritize the resources and make the development work in high efficient & effective way. 

3.The individual shall be process oriented and fully understand spunmelt capability. He/she needs to be able to prepare a trial plan and sample testing plan, run the trial, and provide a comprehensive data summary. 

4.The key performance index is to provide good product solutions to commercial team. Collaboration with other functions in Asia with good communication skills and leadership, ownership on the on time delivery of projects with aligned quality & within aligned expense budget. Be able to manage cross functional projects, support direct manager to improve functional operations. 

Education / Work Experience:

1. Bachelor and above, Master preferred. Major in Science, Engineering or related fields, Chemistry and Chemical Engineering preferred;

2. Minimum of 3 years' experience in the industries of nonwoven, film and adjacent technologies (polymer processing) 

3. Minimum of 5 years’experience；

4. Experience with polymer or related industrial fields；

5.Proficient in Mandarin and English.
