1、售前支持：顾客购买前的导购咨询服务；
2、售中跟踪：接受客户订单，负责发货预约和物流状态跟进；
3、售后服务：客户反馈问题处理，退换货、投诉处理等；
任职资格
1、打字速度不低于每分钟60字，有电商客服从业经验者优先录用；
2、有管理技能、市场营销、合同法、财务知识等方面的培训优先；
3、有良好的客户服务意识和说服能力，有意向往电子商务客服管理方向发展；
4、工作时间【白班：08:00-16:00 晚班：16:00-24:00】时长8小时，月休4天。
