Key responsibility 1(60%)-

-          Purchase shoe component(soles & packing stuffs) for Keen factories, work with headquarter, with components suppliers, with Keen China cross team to assure purchased right component and deliver all on time.

-          Check mold capacity before take order, give suggestion if level load buy or open more mold if order exceed mold capacity.

-          Arrange shipment consolidation for each buy order in one go from different regions, direct communicate with factory for shipment doc. Requirement, check & assure all the payment doc. Submitted by supplier to factory are correct as this will be used to proceed payment.

Key responsibility 2(40%) -

-          Take care order planning for the factory in Qingdao(TPR injection shoe), work with head quarter, with China cross team and factory to assure on-time delivery(90days)

-          Book and validate capacity in factory, work on forecast/draft buy/official buy each month, track buy ready, track material delivery, monitor production plan to assure all is on track to deliver ontime.

Requirement-

-          Very good English in writing, can speak and communicate in English when needed

-          Footwear knowledge is expected

-          Detail oriented, hard-work spirit, self-motivated & high responsibility
