工作职责：

• 协助销售团队日常的销售工作；
• 根据公司的政策按照销售团队的要求制订报价；
• 输入销售订单，同时向工厂进行下单，协调物流库存事宜；
• 跟进订单确保货物的发货和货物的收款；
• 准备商务信函，报价和合同草案，管理文件归档；
• 与公司内部（财务&物流）及工厂进行沟通和协作；
• 每周为销售申请样品，为销售安排样品和胶水；
• 销售休假时负责与客户的对接；
• 根据销售的要求按照设计图纸为客户挑选适合的材料；
• 帮助财务开具销售合同的发票，每月检查库存情况；
• 每月与快递公司核对快递数据与费用；
• 领导安排的其它工作。

岗位要求：

• 大专或本科以上学历；
• 形象气质佳，善于沟通；   
• 较强的自我驱动力，善于学习，良好的团队合作精神；
• 英语口语及书面流利，会西班牙语者优先。
  
  

Job Description

• Assist the Sales Teams in all daily sales activities;
• Create Quotation according to the request from the Sales based on Company policy;
• Input sales order and place corresponding purchase order to factory/coordinate with the logistics regarding the stock;
• Follow up the orders to ensure goods delivery, payment, etc. been fulfilled；
• Prepare business correspondence, quotation and contract drafts, Manage documents filing;
• Communicate with internal department (Finance & Logistics) and factory;
• Apply the sample request for the sales every week, arrange the samples and glues;
• Contact with customers directly when the sales are on vacation;
• Select suitable materials for clients according to the design drawings and following the sales request;
• Issuing the invoices for the finance ,check the stock every month；
• Check the delivery data and cost with the express company every month；
• Finish other tasks assigned by Supervisor.

Job Requirements

• University or above;
• Good appearance and personality;
• Self- motivated, strong sense of responsibilities, diligent and eager to learn; team work spirit;
• Native Chinese, proficient English writing and speaking skills, preferably fluent Spanish.
