• Work independently as a strong business partner to the Managing Director and the other departments heads at the factory in Foshan. Providing support and challenge to reach the common short- and long-term goals
• Be responsible for driving the yearly budgeting and monthly forecasting processes
• Maintain and continuous development of a sound management system and internal controls – securing full compliance with all Noratel/discoverIE group policies, local law/legislation, regulatory/statutory requirements etc.
• Be a key player in the interface between the operational and finance side of the business;
• Secure financial validation of BOM’s and processes for post calculations
• Working Capital management, including providing comfort that all operational movements are captured accurately and timely in the monthly reporting and forecasts
• Support the processes related to recurring and ad-hoc operational and financial reporting and analysis required by the Noratel Group
• Acquire high level of understanding of the ERP system, enabling support and securing the system is utilized in the best way possible
• Be responsible for co-ordination and providing necessary support to the discoverIE Internal Audit teams during Internal Audits
