Guangdong LeapFive Technology ltd, Co, is looking for a mature and high caliber Senior BD Manager/Director based in shenzhen. This is a rare opportunity for a senior BD professionals to get access to a world class management team and a group of talents dedicated to becoming industry leader in the AIOT industry. Leveraging the RISC-V open sourcing chip design technology, LeapFive was born with the competitive advantage to deliver with faster cadence, and help AIOT business land with integrated solutions.

Scope and responsibility:

Overall owner of Business Development, sales and Marketing. Build the core team from the scratch, based on business needs and core competency gaps.

1. Plan and design sales & marketing strategy based on existing and future product portfolio.
2. Responsible for AIOT related chips sales & promotion activities, and achieve the aggressive sales goals set by the company.
3. Manage the sales & promotion process including budgeting, facilitating and control the sales process till sales contract is signed.
4. Regularly conduct and collect competitor and market analysis, including customer needs, technology trend, product specification, etc.
5. Work closely with project and product manager to ensure customer feedbacks and market dynamics are well captured in defining/optimizing the company’s existing products.

Requirements:

1. 10+ years technical and sales experience in AIOT chip business, and a deep understanding of RISC-V and open source chip design business.
2. Engineering background on electronics / telecom is preferred. Be willing to actively study new technologies and follow the market trend.
3. Good connections and strong networking with the key players in the industry.
4. Good communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
5. Be willing to work under pressure and challenge
6. Be aggressive and self-motivated to achieve sales goal
