1. Enforcing permanent respect of all local and EFTEC safety rules.

2. Arrangement and implementation of daily production plan to meet customer’s requirements while optimizing capacity utilization and meeting Quality assurance targets.

3. Making RM requirements according to plan and respecting FIFO.

4. Ensuring tidy and clean production area at any time.

5. Management & maintenance of the existing production equipments.

6. Improvement of production efficiency to meet or exceed company targets.

7. Enforcing implementation of the company policies, procedures and rules to be executed in the production area.

8. Training staff to understand production principles, rules and procedures, quality assurance objectives.

9. Stock control and rotation according FIFO principle

10. Close collaboration with QA mgr to review QA procedures implementation & respect.

11. Supervising implementation of ERP system in production dept.

12. Periodically stock counting in doors of the plant.

13. Leading audit teams for production area and processes review.

岗位要求：

- Bachelor degree or above

- 5 years experience in similar position, with proven track-record

- Experience in automotive industry will be preferred.

- Well oral and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills in English will be preferred.

- Familiar with computer (especially Excel, PowerPoint, etc).

- Strong leadership skills，organized， work under pressure.
