1. Responsible to  collect resumes for hourly positions; support the logistic work on interviewing arrangement and do the first round interview for hourly positions;

2. Develop partnerships with local Government, schools and human resource service agency to expand Berry name recognition, develop recruitment channels to attractive more candidates not limited to TV, Website, App and advertisement.

与当地政府、学校和人力资源服务机构发展合作关系，以扩大贝里的知名度；开发招聘渠道包括但不局限于电视、网站、App和广告等形式以吸引更多的求职者。

3.  Responsible on training plan development for Nanhai Operations and other training delivery, track the progress of implementation and collect and regularly update the training record and data in the monthly report;

负责南海工厂的培训计划和其它培训的跟进，跟进培训完成率和日常培训记录的收集，完成月度培训报表；

4. Support to employees communications, employees activities and other HR project。

协助员工沟通、活动和其他人力资源项目。

5. Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

部门主管交代的其它工作。

任职要求：

1. Bachelor degree, majoring in Human Resources Management/English preferred; 

本科或以上学历，人力资源管理/英语专业优先考虑；

2.More than 3 years working experience in HR department of foreign investment company is preferred; 3年以上外企人力资源工作经验优先考虑；

3. Experience in recruiting large numbers of workers is Preferred;有招聘大量工人经验者优先；

4. More than 3 years training experience is preferred; 3年以上培训工作经验者；

5. Experienced in Excel and PPT。熟练使用Excel和PPT软件。
