职位描述

Job Responsibilities:

1.Order management: Including AR follow up, Claim acceptance and coordination, Know well about production capacity and order whole process:

  • Coordinate and provide the relative information for top management to make decisions;
  • Customer order confirmation -- Judge order acceptable or not; Key in all the orders in Oracle;
  • Follow production schedule: Discuss with Planning and confirm schedule date; Following production status and find abnormal timely. Shipping plan arrangement;
  • Arrange shipment according to work flows.( such as push payment ,send booking requests) , issue booking note to forwarder considering the delivery size, truck/container volume, warehouse loading capacity and shipment terms.
  • Subsequent activities of delivery: Sending out invoices; AR follow up; provide customs documents or relative reports that customer needed;
  • Customer complaint co-ordination: fill in complaint form, assist the communication between QA and customer, collect necessary information and defect sample. Follow up and push the result, solution, correction and improvement action plan. Feedback to customer;


2.Establish close cooperation with Sales. Assist and support Sales work, including sample arrangement, follow up & delivery. Deal with documents. Optimizing operating flow, consolidating relative resources and execute improved projects:


  • Sample handling: Assist sales to follow up sample production and delivery. Assist outside sample testing;
  • Support sales work: assist contract draft approval; provide order status, inventory status and customer payment status;


3. Customer management in documentation and Oracle system: Maintain customer basic information timely and relative information in Oracle;


Education / Work Experience

1.college degree or above, preferable major in trading or economy,;

2.English CET-4,Mandarin, English speaking and writing;

3.Preferable more than 5 years customer service experience or sales assistance; preferable in Medical or Hygiene product industry;

4.Good command of Excel, PPT and CRM system
