职位名称：Tax Specialist /高级税务专员

工作地点：Dalian

工作职责：

1. Coordinate with China’s plants and local finance on the responsibility of maintaining VAT account in the ERP (QAD, SAP, etc), especially input VAT transfer out and /or deemed sales, if any.

2. Work with shared service centers to obtain appropriate data for VAT (including BT and CT, if any) returns preparation and filing. Continuously improve the process where appropriate.

3. Prepare a draft of monthly VAT (including BT and CT, if any) return based on the information provided by shared service centers and local finance.

4. Complete the accurate and on time VAT (including BT and CT, if any) filing on-line and maintain VAT(including BT and CT, if any) return files with accompanying data and supporting documents.

5. Responsible for the export VAT filing and VAT refund, if any.

6. Reconcile VAT and other indirect taxes accounts with relevant tax returns.

7. Responsible for the calculation and filing of withholding tax, if any.

8. Support plant, share services centers and central functions regarding VAT (including BT and CT, if any) accounting and compliance issues.

9. Communicate and interface with business personnel on VAT (including BT and CT, if any) accounting and compliance issues.

10. Attend VAT ,BT and CT training organized by local tax bureau, handle with VAT (including BT and CT) inquiry and inspection from the local tax bureau, if any

11. Participate in CFS rollout assessment in BU entities in China. Identify any VAT(including BT and CT, if any) issues and coordinate with BU Finance to develop action plan and remediate the issues identified.

1. 本科及以上学历，财务相关专业；

2. 3年以上生产加工制造型外企工作经验，熟悉国内会计准则和税法体系，做过增值税，营业税，消费税退税；或者2年以上四大税务经验（符合任一条件均可）。

3. 有CPA或ACCA证书优先考虑。

4. 英语口语流利。
