1、品牌概念和创意，明确产品功能与用途，设计产品外观；根据公司产品定位，提供包装方案，完成公司各种产品的包装设计；根据产品的属性，市场需求确定设计方向，展开产品包装结构设计；
2、完成所负责系列的设计提案、图稿设计、系列产品的结构、产品组合及产品风格的制作;
4、控制供应商的打样到成品的过程，根据时间节点控制打样周期; 
5、定期进行市场调查，通过各种渠道收集设计素材。
6、根据公司产品定位，着重外包装方面的设计，负责公司产品品牌平面及产品整体风格设计与把控；
7、关注行业内新材料、新设计，新工艺的发展状况，提出现有包装材料，包装结构的改进升级方案；
8、研究包装设计行业新形式,融入企业产品包装设计；
9、组织各类包装改进项目,如对包装材料,包装工艺的改进等。

岗位要求：
1、美术设计相关专业毕业，两年以上工作经验;
2、手绘能力、PS、AI、c4d；

3、有一定的视觉表现能力良好的创意思维和理解能力；

4.  对包装设计有一定的感悟和理解，熟悉包装前期设计方法和后期制作流程。

5.  能把握设计风格和设计理念，了解色彩搭配，思维活跃、有创意、有较强视觉效果表现能力。
