本岗位工作地点在深圳工厂，主要处理产品的电子部件研发项目，直接汇报给品质经理，五天八小时，出差少。

工作职责：

  

• Identify quality requirements during product creation process

  在产品产生过程中识别品质要求。

• Monitor quality implementation during project handing process till project handover.

  在项目中监控品质的执行情况直至项目交接。

• Create, determine quality standard during product creation process

  在产品产生过程中起草和确定品质标准。

• Lead team to create and maintain control plan for prototype phase and PPAP phase

  领导团队成员起草和维护试样和试生产的控制计划。

• As team members identify customer requirement and make sure the implementation of customer requirement.

  作为团队成员识别客户要求，并确保客户要求的执行。

• Created and maintained database files of IMDS

  制作和维护IMDS数据库资料

• Perform failure analysis for customer failure.

  客户不良品的分析。

• Implement pre-launch process

  执行试生产过程

• Ensure product/process audits are performed in PPAP phase for projects and any non-compliance addressed.

  确保在项目的PPAP阶段执行产品/过程审核，处理所有审核的不符合项。

• Providing technical feedback to both our engineers and our customers engineers, quality control departments and suppliers about test results, product/ component reliability & improvement as well as make professional suggestions for feasible cost down/product improvement measures.

  向集团内部工程师和客户工程师，质量控制部门和供应商提供有关测试结果，产品/部件可靠性和改进的技术反馈，并为可行的降低成本/产品改进措施提供专业建议。

• Support ISO/TS quality system requirements as per the quality manual.

支持来自质量手册的体系要求。

任职资格：

  

IT, Electronic engineering or relatives

计算机，电子工程或相关专业

Bachelor and 3 years work experience

本科以上学历，3年以上工作经验

  

• Troubleshooting experience as well as team work

• 具有较强的问题解决能力以及团队合作精神

• English is a must

• 英文熟练

  

• Solid knowledge on fundamental of analog and digital circuit

  

熟悉模拟和数字电路的基础知识

  

• Expertise in electrical design elements: PCBA, switches, wire harnesses, IC, motors, transformers, capacitors, resistors, inductors etc.

  熟悉电气设计：PCBA，开关，线束，IC，电机，变压器，电容，电阻，电感等。

• Expertise in electrical component manufacturing processes: SMT, wave-solder, etc

      

熟悉电子元件制造工艺：SMT，波峰焊等

  

• Familiar with C, Assembly Languages

  熟悉C语言，汇编语言

• Priority for who has automotive program development experience

  有汽车电子软件项目开发经验优先
