Responsibilities：

-After analysing customer requirements with Project Leader and the other Project Members;
-Takes into account the dedicated resources of the project(s), the appropriate design guide lines used by the Design Department: planning, application of standards and CAD methodology development.
-For the Project design, assures the conformity of the development with cost, lead time and quality targets.
-Defines and checks progress of the workload given to dedicate CAD Engineers with the aim of resource optimisation.
-Management of technical documents related to the project. (drawings, Bill of Material, traceability …)
-Develops close technical relations with the customer in order to explain the technical solutions and the global progress of the product design.
-Works directly on Customer’s premises according to special requirement.
-Guides the integrated suppliers in order to develop specific components in accordance with the VLS supplier integration procedure including the Product Data Management (PDM) standards.
-Takes into account achievement of prototypes as well as prototype soft-tools.

-Deliverables:
-Apply the CIP / handbook
-In charge of the robust design in line with the economical targets
-Applies Standardization rules, exceptionally will request destandardizations based on sound justifications
-Call for all necessary design reviews
-Make sure that Design Reviews of other networks are happening in a timely manner (Purchase, Industrial)
-Represent the R&D function at the customer
-Interface with the customer for the R&D subjects of this project, break down and cascade internally customer requests and needs
-Report and escalate to his project manager or R&D manager as needed

-Detailed scheduling and budgeting：
-Contribute to the identification of the needs in terms of resources, equipments, investments
-Establish detail break down of the activities to meet the milestones
-Follow activities and spending of his scope to meet his allowed budget

-Management of the contributors：
-Daily management of all R&D contributors, dedicated or not
-Assign to them the work packages needed
-Regular review with the Metier Department Manager to check alignment between needs and availabilities

Requirements:
Engineer or Bachelor/Master degree in Mechanical;
5 years design experience in mechanical design with significant projects (Rear or Headlamp preferable) . Knowledge of CAD software (CATIA V5) and moulding Design Constraints;
Beside native tongue, at least fluent in English.

市光法雷奥（佛山）汽车照明系统有限公司成立于2006年。由日本市光工业株式会社及法国法雷奥集团共同合作投资建成的，占地88，000平方米，是佛山市属重点发展企业之一。目前，工厂的建筑面积为30，000平方米，为了满足公司的发展需求，二期厂房于2012年1月正式动工，预计2012年底投入使用。公司现有雇员1000多人，拥有注塑、镀膜、总装等工艺。主要生产设备、研究开发设备及检测设备均从日本市光引进。公司的客户有丰田，日产，市光工业，比亚迪，长安标志，大众等。

公司实行5天工作制，每天工作8小时（8：30～12：00　　13：00～17：30）
公司配有通勤班车至佛山城区及广州（珠江新城）。
