职位描述:

1、根据公司整体战略发展规划，组织制定中长期生产经营规划、以全面项目管理方式推动实施落地。

2、组织制造中心（PMC、生产部、工程部、设备部）各部门，分解目标任务及制定工作计划，审批并监督执行。

3、推行IE 精益生产管理，价值流分析，产线自动化实施。

4、负责PMC从订单到出货整个价值流的分析，导入拉动式计划生产，排产精细化/订单备料齐套性管理

5、负责控制制造成本，达成企业经营目标。

6、规划工厂物流，PMC采购策略降低库存，实施柔性化生产。

任职要求:

1、大专以上学历，曾从事中大型电子、小家电行业公司制造经理、厂长等岗位；

2、熟悉PMC、工程、生产运营、精益生产管理、工程管理、供应链高效管理，对管理有一套自身有效的经验；

3、具有IE 精益生产管理经验，成功的价值流实施经验；

4、侧重精益生产管理，PMC统筹管理；

5、有现场IE经验，电子电气、机电工程类专业尤佳

Founded in 1986, Foshan Huaquan Electrical Lighting Co., Ltd is located in Nanhai District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, P.R.C. China, covering over 10 thousand square meters.
