BASIC FUNCTION
？ 协助管理ISO14001/OHSAS18001/KSMS系统，确保体系在公司范围内的有效运行, 从而全面实现公司的EHS目标.。
Assist the management of ISO14001/OHSAS18001/KSMS, and ensure the effective execution plant-wide so as to realize all the company’s EHS goals.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
？ 协助经理制定公司的环境及安全的目标和指标；
Assist EHS/A manager to make safety and environmental goals and objectives.
？ 根据KSMS/ISO14001/OHSAS18001的要求, 起草或更新体系管理文件;
Draft and update the management documents according to the requirements of KSMS/ISO14001/OHSAS18001.
？ 负责KSMS/ ISO14001/OHSAS18001体系培训并对各部门提供辅导；
Be in charge of the training on KSMS/ ISO14001/OHSAS18001 and provide nessary coach to each department.
？ 指导KSMS/ ISO14001/OHSAS18001KSMS/ISO14001/OHSAS18001在各部门的实施运行.
Instruct the KSMS/ ISO14001/OHSAS18001 implementation in each department.
？ 参与KSMS/ISO14001/OHSAS18001内外部审核及跟进持续改进措施；
Involve in the ISO14001/OHSAS18001internal and external audits and follow up action plans for continuous improvement.
？ 负责组织识别, 监测由生产运作所致的职业危害及环境因素及相应的控制工作;
Be in charge of the identification and inspection of the job hazards and environmental impacts resulted from the manufacturing operation and related preventive countermeasures.
？ 实施全厂的安全检查, 协助相关部门制定整改行动计划, 并跟进行动计划的实施;
Implement the plant-wide safty inspection, assist the related department to make action plans and follw up the implementation.
？ 负责公司员工的厂级EHS培训及考核;
Be in charg of the plant-level EHS training and the examination for all the FK associates.
？ 保持与相关政府部门的沟通, 如安监局, 环保局,卫生部门等，及时掌握相关最新的政策及政府要求；
Keep in touch with related government departs, such as safety supervion bureau, Environment Protection Bureau and Health bureau so as to get timely informed of latest regulations and policies.
？ 负责应急预案的策划和演练.
Be in charge of the emergency responding planning and drilling..
？ 主导安全事故的调查,报告,并协助制定整改行动计划和更进计划的实施。
Lead incident invesitigations and reporting, and assist to make corrective acrion plan and follow up the implementation.
？ 负责相关法规的收集, 培训及公司运作的合规性评价, 并协助相关部门制定相关行动计划；
Be in charge of the related policie & regualiton collection and trainng, compliance evaluation and assist related departments to make correnctive plans.

POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES
？ 协助EHS/A经理确保KSMS/ISO14001/OHSAS18001体系的有效运行;
Assist the EHS/A menager in making sure of the effective implementation of KSMS/ISO14001/OHSAS18001 in FK.
？ 对全面完成相关的法规及EHS程序的培训计划负责；
Accountable for the fulfillment of the training on the applicable policies and ruguations and all the EHS procesures;
？ 协助EHS/A经理确保所有事故的调查,报告及跟进工作均符合按总部的政策及政府相关法规要求.
Assist the EHS/A menager in making sure that all incident investigations, reporting and action plan follow-up are in compliance with the corporate policies and the government related regulations.
？ 协助EHS/A经理确保 公司的运作所产生的影响处于受控状态；
Assist the EHS/A menager to keep all the environment impacts resulted from the manufacturing operation under the control.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Education Required：
？ 大学本科及以上，安全/环境工程等专业或相关专业
？ College degree or above, safety/ environment project major or the related major.
Experience required：
？ 至少有5年以上EHS的管理经验
？ At least 5 years above EHS management experience.
Equipment Used
？ 电脑图表，对word , excel, PowerPoint等常用软件熟练运用
Familiar with the word , excel, PowerPoint and other software.
？ 粉尘测试仪 Dust tester
？ 气体测试仪 Air tester

Knowledge/Skill required
？ EHS工作管理知识；
EHS management knowledge.
？ 危险化学品 管理, 工业卫生管理及人机工程等方面的知识；
Managemnt of hazard chemicals and industrial hygien and ergonomics.
？ ISO14001及OHSAS18001系统知识；
ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 system knowledge.
？ 英文读写熟练，并有很好好的英语口头沟通能力.
Can read, write and speak good English

Communicate with , Corporate EHS team, other subsidiary company in Kohler and related government departments and other suditing orgnizations.
