岗位职责:

1、负责执行辖区特通渠道的销售渠道开发、完善、优化与运行工作；

2、根据辖区目标，分析整理现有特通渠道经销商情况及开展平台招商，开发拓展特通渠道终端客户，并对销售结果负责；

3、负责所辖特通渠道费用的预算与管控，执行渠道目标与费用激励考核；

4、提供渠道服务支持，协助渠道客户做好渠道终端销售人员的培训和管理；

5、定期走访市场，分析竞品及消费者购买习惯，制定并实施产品和渠道推广策略；

6、上级安排的其他临时性的工作事项。

任职资格:

1、全日制统招公立学校大专及以上学历，专业不限（营销类相关专业优先）；

2、熟悉特通渠道销售市场及渠道，有新产品策划、推广成功经历；

3、较强的营销策划能力和市场敏感度，有较强的分析与经营能力；

4、有2-3年快消品行业销售及大型快消品企业工作经验优先；

5、有活力有激情、积极主动、认真负责、沟通表达能力强，有较强的抗压能力，可以根据工作需要接受出差；

Engaged in the bird’s nest industry for decades, the founding team of Dingtaiyan built houses especial for swiftlets from Southeast Asia after in-depth study, providing them with a favorable living environment and, in turn, giving Dingtaiyan an advantage in product sources, with which Dingtaiyan can get the safety of its raw materials and enough yield assured. Keeping the idea of “bringing bird’s nest of good quality to more Chinese families” in mind, Dingtaiyan built in Zhongshan GMP purification production workshops with cleanliness class 100,000, which are equipped with automated professional production lines and production equipment. As Dingtaiyan has been adhering to the concept of “quality first and bang for the buck”, it has earned a good reputation in the industry and established long-term OEM cooperation relationships with many well-known companies. Since its establishment, Dingtaiyan has attached great importance to the development of the industry and contributing to the era of great health.
