Your responsibilities will include:

Primary focus: To execute the Content Enrichment plan

1. Work with Head of Content Localisation in the UK to identify/prioritise the biggest content commercial improvement opportunities using customer data

2. Complete weekly activities to deliver content improvements according to agreed priority

3. Proactively enrich/write content such as product titles (including SEO keywords research), product guides and SEO content blocks for product categories 

4. Reacting quickly by completing content amendments based on customer feedback

5. Understand how content affects both onsite search and SEO performance

6. Benchmark competitor and supplier content

    

Secondary focus: To support SEO, Paid Advertising and Onsite Search activities

1. Periodically support SEO projects, particularly focusing on implementing tasks that require Japanese language skills

2. Periodically support Paid Advertising team for selecting keywords, local supplier brand names, ad copies, positive and negative keywords review

3. Periodically support Onsite Search algorithm testing

      

You will have:

1. Proficient written and spoken Japanese/English language skill
2. Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects
3. At least 2 years of digital experience (Content, Copywriting, SEM or Onsite Search)
4. Good analytical skills, experienced with Excel and preferable experience with either Adobe or Google Analytics
5. A Continuous Improvement mind set
