Product Development Manager

(Beds, Lighting,Garment,Bathroom, Kitchen)

Based at: Gaoming Foshan (PRC) full-time. Must be able to travel world-wide several times per year as needed.

Report to: PD and Engineering Director

Responsibility:

• Manage the production of prototypes. Purpose of Role: To convert the creative teams ideas into new products - specifically to manage the product development life cycle and ensure successful launch of new products.
• To recommend product enhancement to cope with customer and business needs.
• Manage projects, including resources and schedule planning, budget estimation to ensure project deliverables are being delivered on schedule.
• Deliver COD (Customers own Designs) projects, (including product & customer follow up) and to exceed customers expectations
• To provide technical data to support the sales team;
• Liaise with internal & external suppliers where appropriate.
