Merchandising Manager (Macro)

Roles
*Accountable for the category footages/flow, financial performance and operational
effectiveness of the layout plan in stores

*Oversees the macro space utilization that maximize profitability whilst maintaining
range offer completeness

*Develop a mega space model for determining space allocation across division / Group / Layout

*Develop & Maintain a measurement tool to measure and reflect mega and macro space efficiency

*Control and maintain promotion resources matrix

*Ensure floor plan validity and update space record

Main Responsbilities
*Work with store development / store design meeting to deliver Right footage Right store amongst all store projects

*Develop macro footage model for FMCG and NF

*Seek feedback from stores to ensure execellence implementation by operation

*Review fixture requirement and develop appropriate fixtures if needed

*Ensure Macro space compliance rate in store level thru communication and store visits

？ Bachelor degree or above.
？ Over five years retail Merchandising, Buying or Operation experience, in which two years in management capacity.
？ Excellent coordination and communication skill.
？ Self-initiated, good leadership, analytical, logical, be able to work under pressure.
？ Good command of Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Auto CAD.
？ Excellent command of Chinese and English.
