职位描述
主要工作职责和内容：
1、负责电话总机服务、收发快递；文档资料整理存放，通知发放
2、中心设备的维护，并指导其他部门使用办公设备
3、提供中心课程咨询服务，客户信息录入系统
4、合理安排客户上课及预约活动
5、协助维护中心卫生服务和环境
6、管理中心物资（管理仓库）
7、完成上级交办的其它工作
任职资格：
1、大专及以上学历（有同行业经验可放宽限制）
2、熟练使用各种办公自动化设备，熟练操作Office系列办公软件
3、有教育及服务行业工作经验者优先
4、有良好的客户服务意识和主动的客户服务态度
5、不抗拒销售
背景要求：
1、形象气质好，性格开朗随和，嗓音甜美
2、有良好的服务意识，能熟练掌握最基本的待人接物礼仪
3、具有一定组织协调能力、思维敏捷，应变能力强
4、有较强的责任心，有良好的人际沟通能力和团队合作精神
上班时间：
周三-周日9:00-12:00 13:30-18:30（逢周一周二休息，隔周需要周一值班1天。共月休6天，享受国家法定假日）
