                    This position is concerned with receiving,issuing and doing the monthly Engineering Store Inventory and assisting in ordering all the spare parts, material and tools requested by the Engineering Department and keeping sufficient stock in hand. 负责工程材料的接收，发放和每月库存盘点和定购工程部所需的各种配件、工具，保持充足的库存。   1.       Maintain and administer records, inventory control and allocation of charges as may be required in accordance with. Requirement of Chief Engineer. 管理好领货记录，库存控制并按总工的要求对费用进行分类。 2.       Establish a minimum par of approximately one month’s supply of the frequently withdrawn items. In areas where supply is difficult, the par should be based on delivery availability. 对常用材料建立最少一个月的库存量。对于较难采购的材料，要根据到货周期来建立库存。 3.       To record all things in the stock on stock card. 所有仓库物品要记录，并做库存卡。 4.       Order relevant spare parts, materials and tools. Evaluate the quality and price of all goods ordered. 定购相关的备件，材料和工具。评估所采购物品的质量和价格。 5.       Liaise with Relevant supervisors for their requirement of material and minimize issues to ensure full utilization and control of all items. 与相关的主管联络询问材料需求状况以确保所采购材料能被充分使用。 6.       Coordinate with accounting representative on the monthly inventory of various engineering materials and supplies. 协助财务部每月工程材料与配件的库存盘点。 7．Ensure all incoming and outgoing Engineering tools, spare parts and equipment are properly recorded. 确保全部进出的工程部工具、备件和设备均妥善记录。 8．Be responsible for the security of all parts and materials. 对所采购材料的安全负责。 9.       Perform as a major member of fire fighting crew while on duty. React immediately to a fire alarm/information in case of fire. 当班时应为义务消防队的一员。一旦发生火情立即反应。 10.   Keep Engineering Store Room clean, tidy and safety. 保持工程部仓库干净、整洁和安全。 11.     The management reserves the right to change / extend this job description if necessary at any point of time during her / his employment. 如有必要，该部门有权更改或补充该职位描述。 12.     Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned. 完成任何其他合理的职责和被指派的职责。
