客户服务代表 Customer Services Representative

作为客户服务代表，您将协助运输经理，确保所负责的客户所有物流作业流程得以顺利有效的运营，处理客户订单，在整个进出口运输、仓储管理、货物配送及供应商管理流程，跟进货物运输状态、信息及相关服务

你的主要职责

• 负责进出口申报，包括报关单据整理，及时与报关行准确对接相关事情。
• 根据客户的要求，及时满足客户需求，回复货物运输状态
• 协调各部门的联系，监督货物运输过程，协助客户解决突发异常事项，跟踪解决客户的紧急要求。
• 在必要时，实时跟踪货物运输状况，如：紧急订单，延时订单，及时向客户反馈信息。
• 对库存进行系统控制，数据维护。按月核对账单并及时请款。
• 根据客户要求及公司标准作业程式处理紧急特殊事件。
• 与仓库主管联系，协助客户对仓库的库存进行跟踪管理。
• 及时向主管反映培训需求以支持其他相关业务。
• 执行管理者分派的特殊/临时任务/项目。

你的资格、经验及技能

• 大专及以上学历
• 至少两年货运代理、运输或物流相关工作经验，优先考虑有国际铁路运输经验的候选人，也欢迎优秀应届生应聘
• 熟练使用Word和 Excel
• 英语熟练，普通话流利，懂粤语者优先

This position is to assist the manager to ensure smooth and efficient operations of assigned customer account in all the logistics processes, in handling customer order, shipment, information and services along the process of incoming, storing, inventory management, value-added distribution and performance tracking, etc.

Your key responsibilities

• Process import and export declarations including preparation of necessary documentation. Liaise with customs to rectify and issues
• Ensure that all customer order is fulfilled daily and respond shipment enquiries to customer on a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with other departments to monitor transportation issues and escalate problems as per the escalation procedure
• Track and trace shipments where necessary, i.e. critical orders, delayed orders etc. and communicate progress internally and to customer
• Preparation of monthly performance reports to the assigned customers as required
• Receive and action special requirements or instructions from the Customer and produce.
• Coordinate and schedule in-country transport movements – collections and deliveries, and communicate to warehouse supervisor
• Raise personal training needs with Supervisor to support other activities
• Perform any special duties / projects as assigned by the management

Your qualifications, experience & skills

• College or above
• Minimum 2 years related working experience in air freight forwarding / shipping / logistics field
• Computer Literate in Word and Excel
• Fluent of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficient in Cantonese is an advantage.
