Position: QC Manager

QC Manager Job Responsibilities:

1. To manage, develop, implement and continuously improve the Quality System and its policies and procedures in accordance with ISO9001 and ISO14001.

2. To be responsible for the overall quality of the products manufactured and sold by the company.

3. To train and develop and manage QC Inspectors to carry out:

- Incoming components and material QC inspections,

- Vendor production QC inspections.

- Production line assembly supervision.

- On line and final inspections of products and packing before shipment including loading for shipment.

4. To Develop detailed QC procedures and instructions and check lists to facilitate the overall operation of the Quality system.

5 To organize the training of production workers where necessary to achieve our Quality standards.

6. To revitalize and build our Quality Manuals for each product to include the master documents being, construction drawings, bill or materials, best practices, tests and quality problem correction reports.

7. To develop and maintain our Company Quality metrics.

8. To recommend and have a direct input into the factory’s compensation, incentive and bonus schemes to encourage on going quality improvement.

9. To enhance the company’s QC problem reporting system from customers, our salesmen and any parties who identify quality problems. To investigate all quality problems to determine the causes together with engineering, purchasing, warehousing and factory management and identify and develop and document in Quality Problem Reports the required changes to permanently eliminate the source of the quality problem.

10. To Investigate all Vendor quality defects and develop Vendor quality defect reports and follow up directly with vendors together with purchasing support to get committed and documented vendor improvements.

11. To carry out QC audits on all new and existing vendors.

12. To develop and maintain the QC’s departments instrumentation and tools to ensure quality including calibration where needed.

13. To help create a Quality environment with a clean and tidy factory.

Applicant Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above.

2. Preferably 5 years working experience in a manufacturing quality department; preferably with a foreign company.

3. Have practical experience in the manufacturing of commercial or domestic products including metal fabrication, painting, heat exchangers, plastic components and electrical assemblies.

4. Good communication and coordination skills, team spirit.

5. To be able to use English for oral or written communication

6. Driving license to facilitate vendor and site visits

6. Diligent, responsible and a desire to succeed.

10.调查所有供应商质量质量并建立供应商质量问题报告机制，与供应商一起跟进跟进采购质量支持，以落实并记录在案的供应商改进。

11.对所有新的和现有的供应商进行质量检查和评估。

12.开发和维护质量控制部门的仪器和工具，以确保质量，包括在需要时进行的校准。

13.协助工厂创建一个整洁舒适的优质环境。

申请人要求：

1.本科以上学历。

2.至少5年的制造业质量部门工作经验；***有外企工作经验。

3.具有金属加工，喷漆，热交换器，塑料部件和电气组件等产品制造的质量管理工作经验。

4.良好的沟通协调能力，团队合作精神。

5.能够使用英语进行口头或书面交流

6.有小车驾驶执照
