岗位职责:
驱动系统测试工程师
? 日常工作职责：
o 电机，减速机等驱动系统零部件测试方法建立；
o 电机，减速机等驱动系统零部件测试设备搭建、使用及日常维护；
o 测试过程及数据的记录、分析；
o 测试报告编写。
? 能力要求：
o 机电工程、电气自动化、测量技术等相关专业毕业；
o 熟悉伺服驱动系统、步进电机系统、减速机、皮带传动结构等常见机电系统组件的工作原理及使用规范，有自动化设计经验者更佳；
o 熟悉伺服系统调试，电机性能测试，有电气设计调试经验者更佳；
o 熟悉谐波，RV，行星减速机的应用场景和测试方法；
o 熟悉机电产品ISO、GB等相关标准，熟悉工业机器人相关标准者更佳；
o Word、Excel等 office工具的使用能力，能够利用工具进行数据统计分析、技术文档编写；
o 英语能力较好，具备日常口语交流能力、基础读写能力。
任职资格:
Drive System Test Engineer
? Work responsibilities:
o Set up test method for motor, reducer and other parts of drive system;
o Testing equipment for motor, reducer and other components of the driving system 、use and maintain;
o Testing data collection and analysis based on testing process;
o Testing report redaction.
? Expected areas of competence:
o Major relative to Mechatronic Engineering, Automation and Measurement technology;
o Familiar with servo drive system, stepper motor system, reducer, belt drive structure and other common mechanical and electrical system components of the working principle and use specifications, automation design experience is preferred;
o Familiar with servo system debugging, motor performance testing, Electrical design and commissioning experience is preferred;
o Familiar with harmonic, RV, planetary reducer application scenarios and test methods;
o Familiar with ISO, GB and other related standards of mechanical and electrical products;
o Ability to use office tools such as Excel and Word to do data analysis and report redaction
o Good command of English,, capable of daily oral communication, basic English reading and writing skills;
