RESPONSIBILITIES:

    

·         Develop and implement the molding inductor manufacturing processes.

    

·         Design or introduce the advanced molding inductor related equipment such as powder mixer, winder, welding machine, press machine, taping machine, coating system, forming machine, visual inspection and packing machine etc.  

    

·         Design the smart jigs, fixtures and tooling for all new projects related to the molding inductor.

    

·         Provide technical support to production to the manufacturing equipment, to improve product yield, machine and equipment utilization and manufacturing efficiencies.

    

·         Create and maintain manufacturing documentation to support existing and new processes and equipment in accordance with ISO 9001, IATF16949, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 requirements.

    

·         Lead and conduct process capability studies, design experiments, conduct studies and analyze to ensure products meet requirements.

    

·         Provide advices to Design Engineering with prototyping of new or modified products.

    

·         Review and approve the evaluation of manufacturability of new product before turn into product specification.

    

·         Train the engineering engineers, technicians and other manufacturing personnel on the production floor on new processes or equipment.

    

·         As a CIP leader, lead and participate in continuous improvement programs

    

    

REQUIREMENTS:

    

·         Demonstrated mastery of molding inductor manufacturing area within the job responsibility.

    

·         Demonstrated understanding of molding inductor powder formula, powder manufacturing process, coil winding process, welding process and equipment.

    

·         Works well in a team environment and guides the team as the “expert” in molding inductor manufacturing, capable of leading a sub-team formed around the technical expertise.

    

·         Demonstrated experience in participating on multi-disciplinary product development teams

    

·         Personal computer skills such as MICROSOFT OFFICE, AutoCAD and Microproject.

    

·         Excellent communication skills

    

·         6-sigma green belt holder

    

·         Ability to work well in a Team environment

    

·         Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups

    

·         Ability to fully define project scope, deliverables and team requirements as well as execute program plans with minimal supervision.

    

·         Ability to lead project teams and deliver results against milestones and deliverables.

    

    

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

    

·         Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field or equivalent.

    

·         8 or more years of experience and expert in molding inductor manufacturing.
