Role & Responsibility：

1、 Provide overall medical and scientific leadership to the company's clinical development teams globally.

2、Senior leadership role and key member of the company, taking lead of early and late stage development and medical activities throughout all phases’ studies.

3、 Formation of medical strategy, execution plan, registration insights, and speedy execution on its delivery.

4、Provide overall medical and safety oversight of the company's oncology clinical trials as assigned.

5、 Establish and manage the cooperation with top principle investigators global wise for clinical projects.

6、 Contribute to trial design, develop, review and revise IND/CTA documents, protocols, IB, CRF, ICF, IRB/EC documents, SAP, CSR and NDA documents.

7、Serve as an exemplary leader for the Global Clinical and Medical Affairs to train, develop and mentor staff as needed, both internally as well as externally.

Requirement

1、 MD/PhD is required, prefer Oncology or Immunology related majors.

2、 With at least 10 years of related working experience of senior leader for innovative drugs, oncology physician both in hospital and global pharmaceutical companies is highly preferred.

3、 Experienced in writing clinical development protocols, IB and study reports are preferred.

4、Experience with medical and safety monitoring.

5、Fluent in written and verbal English.
